Billet Alum Sway Bar Mounts & Delrin Bushings (SBB010):
Add extra support and strength to your sway bar, and improve the level of body roll control on any of your 1 1/4-inch sway bar equipped vehicles with universal Billet/Delrin Sway Bar Mounting Kit from BMR Suspension. BMR’s Sway Bar Mounting Kit is CNC-machined from billet aluminum with 1-1/4 Delrin bushings for lasting strength. Most sway bars come with formed steel sway bar mounts with polyurethane bushings. This Billet/Delrin combination gives you an effective sway bar mounting solution that works great for limiting the amount of wasted sway bar rate due to sway bar bushing deflection. Under extreme loads, slight bushing saddle deflection can absorb sway bar rate and allow for slight amounts of body roll. BMR designed its Billet Aluminum/Delrin Sway Bar Mounting Kit to fully reduce saddle and bushing deflection. Eliminating this deflection will reduce body roll and increase handling and launch consistency.
Designed for street performance, drag race, and handling applications, BMR’s Billet Aluminum/Delrin Sway Bar Mounting Kit replaces the formed steel saddle and polyurethane bushing assembly with CNC-machined billet aluminum saddles and Delrin bushings. This design eliminates the deflection seen in the formed saddles when extreme loads are applied. The saddles are CNC-machined, giving you a perfect fit, and the strength to withstand any form of performance driving. BMR’s Delrin bushings are greaseable for smooth operation and long life.

Front Sway Bar (SB053):
The two primary functions of sway bars are to control body roll and to determine the understeer or oversteer behavior of a vehicle. Stock sway bars have low torsional spring rates because they are manufactured from small diameter bar stock or tubing. BMR Suspension’s SB053 Sixth Gen Camaro front sway bar was designed by factoring in the vehicle weight, application, motion ratio, coil spring rate, and adjustability requirements. Manufactured from heavy-wall 1.25-inch DOM tubing, the SB053 is cold formed to better resist torsional fatigue and retain its “memory” far longer than the hot-formed bars used by many competitors. The sway bar is CNC-formed for exact manufacturing tolerances and repeatable high quality.
Front End Links (ELK016):
The amount of force exerted on the sway bar end link is staggering, especially if you’ve upgraded to an aftermarket sway bar, like BMR Suspension’s SB050 or SB053. The stock end links are weak and can bend or break. BMR’s ELK016 end link kit allows you to push your 2016 Camaro to the limit without fear of end link deflection. BMR manufactures the ELK016s out of CNC-machined billet aluminum hex bar stock. The right and left hand threaded ball joint-style tie rods are manufactured by Proforged and offer huge advantages over other companies’ end links that use rod ends. Ball joints allow for more articulation than a rod end, which is what you want when you hit the track. BMR’s ball joints are greasable, which you won’t find on our competitor’s end links. This ensures long life and flawless operation.

Rear End Links:
The amount of force exerted on the sway bar end link is staggering, especially if you’ve upgraded to an aftermarket sway bar, like BMR Suspension’s SB051 or SB054. The stock end links are weak and can bend or break. BMR’s ELK017 end link kit allows you to push your 2016-newer Camaro to the limit without fear of end link deflection. BMR’s ELK017s are CNC-machined from billet steel bar stock. They feature greasable 95-durometer polyurethane bushings. This ensures long life and flawless operation. The rod ends attach to the sway bar with 12mm studs, and connect to the sway bar with supplied hardware. This combination of components gives you a huge increase in strength over stock end links.

Manufactured from heavy-duty 1.25-inch DOM steel tubing, the SB054 is cold formed to better resist torsional fatigue and retain its “memory” far longer than the hot-formed bars used by many competitors. The sway bar is CNC-formed for exact manufacturing tolerances and repeatable high quality. The SB054 attaches to your 2016-newer Camaro with 88-durometer polyurethane bushings, reducing the deflection from the stock rubber bushings. These bushings are molded from 88-durometer, low-deflection, polyurethane, and are internally fluted to keep grease in the bushing.

Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your 2016-newer Chevrolet Camaro is easy with on-car adjustable Toe Rods from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped steel toe rods with eccentric adjustment bolts deflect under load and change the alignment of the rear wheels. BMR’s on-car adjustable toe rods for 2015-newer Camaro (TR007) are manufactured from heavy-duty 1 1/4-inch DOM steel tubing. TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters with a heavy-duty right- and left-handed threads rod ends allow for easy on-car adjustments. This design gives you a strong toe rod that greatly improves adjustability. The TR007 features zinc-plated, X-series, heat-treated, chrome-moly, self-lubricating, Teflon-lined rod ends. It also features 6061-T6 billet aluminum, custom designed rod end spacers.

]]>This video applies to all 3 variations of the BMR Upper Control Arms for the 6th Gen #Camaro with only a minor tweak needed for the adjustable versions in sizing the #uppercontrolarms to match the OEM parts which is not done with the non-adjustable version.

Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your 2016-newer Chevrolet Camaro is easy with upper control arm arms from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped steel trailing arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMR’s polyurethane, non-adjustable control arms for Camaros (UTCA061) are manufactured from heavy-duty 1×1.5-inch boxed steel tubing. The open end is formed from CNC laser cut, CNC formed 3/16-inch steel plate. This design gives you a strong control arm that greatly improves performance. Greasable, 95-durometer bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMR’s bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. This efficient lubrication ensures quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings.

BMR’s polyurethane, non-adjustable trailing arms for Camaros (#UTCA058) are manufactured from heavy-duty 1×1.5-inch boxed steel tubing. The open end is formed from CNC laser cut, CNC formed 3/16-inch steel plate. This design gives you a strong control arm that greatly improves performance. Greasable, 95-durometer bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMR’s bushings are internally fluted, which allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. This efficient lubrication ensures quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings.

Reduce Wheel hop and cradle movement and deflection on your 2016-newer Chevrolet Camaro with #CradleBraces from BMR Suspension. Built from heavy-duty, 1 1/2-inch DOM steel tubing, BMR’s CB008 Cradle Braces is designed to greatly reduce cradle deflection, which is one of the biggest causes of #wheelhop. BMR’s CB008 attaches to the front section of the cradle and frame to strengthen the entire assembly. The brace captures the bottom side of the cradle mounts, making each front mount double sheer. This mounting style adds strength and reduces deflection. The brace also mounts to the frame, eliminating any cradle deflection caused by the factory single sheer mounts.
BMR Suspension designed the CB008 Cradle Braces for any application. This 100% bolt-on kit use existing bolt holes and supplied hardware, allowing for easy installation with simple hand tools. Once installed, the Cradle Braces greatly reduces cradle deflection. The BMR BK063 #RearCradle #Bushing #Lockout Kit for the 2016+ Chevrolet Camaro is engineered to significantly decrease wheel hop, bushing deflection, and rear cradle movement. This kit, constructed from CNC-machined #Delrin, billet aluminum, and laser-cut stainless steel, is designed to reduce cradle bushing deflection, a major cause of #wheelhop. It features Delrin upper bushing inserts that fill the factory bushing voids and aluminum “bullet” inserts that occupy additional hollow spaces. Stainless steel washers secure the lower Delrin inserts to minimize vertical movement, thereby reducing deflection and enhancing power and torque delivery to the ground.
