Part 7 of a multi-part series of carbon fiber interior piece installations into my 6th Gen 2021 Chevy Camaro ZL1! These videos are relevant and apply to ALL 6th gen Chevrolet Camaros model year 2016 and up!
In this seventh video I install a very nice piece of real carbon fiber interior trim covers on my ZL1… I picked this bit of carbon fiber, much like a number of interior trim overlay/cover pieces thus far, from Next-Gen Speed. This video is on the “Carbon Fiber Window Switch Covers”. This is another of the hard carbon fiber and goes great with other similar pieces.
Before installation I would suggest adding a little more 3m adhesive to a few places that may lack some adhesive on the back, if any.
Overall, I will transform a large portion of my interior trim into a beautiful blend of Alcantara & carbon fiber… no hydro dip or painted pieces! Stay along for the ride and feel free to let me know what else you would like to see!
